Shipping Information

How much is shipping?

Dimples of Cedarhurst charges a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95 for all domestic orders up to $99 regardless of the shipping service we use (USPS, FedEX or UPS). All domestic orders OVER $99 are shipped FREE OF CHARGE.

How soon will you process my order?

Orders are processed on the day of purchase during normal business hours and in most cases shipped the same day. If outside normal business hours, they'll be processed on the next business day. Personalized/custom orders may take anywhere from 1-6 weeks, depending on the item. In most instances the ship time is noted by the item.

How long will it take for the product to arrive to my front door?

Most shipments are delivered via USPS Priority Mail and shipped from Cedarhurst, NY. Customers on the East Coast generally receive their shipments within 1-2 days. Midwest and West Coast shipments tend to arrive within 2-3 business days.

Can I get my order faster?

This is a gift. Can I send it directly to the recipient?

Absolutely. Just use the recipient's address for the shipping information and we'll get it to them safely.

Can I ship to an address that is not my billing address?

You can ship to an alternate address. Just enter the address you want your item delivered to in the shipping information of the checkout form.

Will I be able to track my package?

We will email the shipping carrier tracking number to you as soon as it ships. Just enter the tracking number at the appropriate Tracking Site (www.USPS.com; www.FedEx.com; www.UPS.com) to track the status of your package.

Do you offer International shipping?

We do offer international shipping to most of the world through Bongo International. To set up an account through Bongo International, please visit our International Shipping Page. If you are uncomfortable ordering on our website, please send an email to Sales@DimplesShop.com and we will work out the order details with you.

Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?

Yes. We do ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

Yes. We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
